Return/Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. In the event you wish to return an item, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling attached within 7 days (Kuwait), 14 Days (International) of receiving the goods. Customers may return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of items designated as on SALE, fine jewelry, lingerie, sunglasses, swimwear, and custom-made items (such as personalized merchandise), which may not be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in its original packaging, if applicable. Pink Moon reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which Pink Moon can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive a refund. Exchanges may only be made for the same item of a different size or color, subject to availability. Refunds will be issued on the items purchase cost for the order. The purchase cost is defined as the total value of the order less any taxes, duties & shipping. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We also ask that all International customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes can not be refunded.
If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email us at info@mypinkmoon.com when you receive your package and we will send you instructions on how to return your items. Please include your original receipt and return/exchange form that arrived with your order with your return package as we cannot accept returns without these.
Local (Kuwait) Return/Exchanges
1) Please email us at info@mypinkmoon.com when you receive your package to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, we will advise you as to item availability.
2) We will arrange for our local Shipping Partner, Aramex, to call you to arrange a convenient time to pick up the items you wish to return.
3) Fill in the Return/Exchange form that came with your order receipt.
4) Pack and seal items in their original packaging with your original receipt and the completed return/exchange form inside.
5) Each returned item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund or exchange will be processed.
Local (Kuwait) Credit/Debit Card Returns: If you paid using your credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to your card within 30 days in the amount of the returned items, minus the shipping fee. You will have paid for shipping when you made your order, but you will not have to pay again for the items to be picked-up and returned. Pink Moon provides this pick-up service free of charge in Kuwait only.
Local (Kuwait) ‘Cash on Delivery’ Returns: If you paid ‘Cash on Delivery' when the items were delivered to you, your refund will be issued in Cash by Aramex upon pick up of the items, minus the shipping fee. You will have paid for shipping when your order was delivered, but you will not have to pay again for the items to be picked-up and returned. Pink Moon provides this service free of charge in Kuwait only.
Exchanges: Pink Moon provides pick-up and delivery of exchanged items free of charge in Kuwait only. Any additional exchanges will incur pick-up and delivery costs.
International Returns/Exchanges
1) Please email us at info@mypinkmoon.com when you receive your package to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, we will advise you as to item availability.
2) Fill in the Return/Exchange form that came with your order receipt.
3) Pack and seal items in their original packaging with your original receipt and the completed return/exchange form inside.
4) Please send your return or exchange to the address listed below. (We recommended that you send your return package insured when shipped and with a tracking number as we cannot accept responsibility in case of loss/damage for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
5) Each returned item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund or exchange will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of return.
International Returns: For returns, a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card within 30 days in the amount of the returned items, minus the shipping fee. Customer must incur the cost of returning items.
International Exchanges: For exchanges, customer must incur the cost of returning items and cost of shipping new items.

Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order via email up to the time the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched you cannot cancel the order, but can still return or exchange it.
Out of Stock Items
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. In the event of partial orders Pink Moon will ship the items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.
